Stephen O’Donohue is the principal of O’Donohue & O’Donohue and is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law.

Jean (Jeanie) DeMarco is a senior litigation lawyer in Toronto, who practiced at a large firm for more than 40 years before establishing her own practice. Her practice includes general civil litigation, estate litigation and family law. She acts as counsel to O’Donohue & O’Donohue.
Greg Mallough is a senior corporate lawyer in Toronto whose practice focuses on business transactions, business immigration law and real estate law. He acts as counsel to O'Donohue & O'Donohue.
Stephen is recognized as a specialist in estates and trust law. Stephen is also engaged in tax, investment and wealth preservation planning as well as domestic and international business law and the law relating to charities.
He advises on all aspects of estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation and has extensive experience with large, complex estates, including cases involving estates valued over one billion dollars.
Stephen serves as a professional executor and trustee for large, ongoing estates and trusts as well as readily distributable estates. He has extensive experience acting as general counsel to families and corporations.
Stephen also serves as a director and officer of a number of private corporations. Stephen has been involved in a variety of notable cases and has appeared before the Federal Court of Appeal and various levels of Ontario Courts.
Stephen’s multi-disciplinary background and education enables him to provide legal solutions with a business perspective. Stephen was called to the Ontario and British Columbia bars in 1988 and 1991. Prior to joining O’Donohue & O’Donohue in Toronto, he worked for a large law firm in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Lauren graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022. She completed her articles at Gardiner Roberts LLP before joining O’Donohue & O’Donohue in 2023. Lauren was an NCAA Division 1 varsity rower at UCLA prior to studying law. She founded Resilience Rally, a mental health not-for-profit organization in 2019.
